At Hak5, we stand by our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unopened condition. If your hardware is defective or you've changed your mind, our mission is to ensure you have the right tools for your pentesting kit.

Initiate Request

Log in to your Hak5 account and visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit an RMA request.

Review & Approval

Our support team will review your request within 48 business hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Package & Ship

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to our designated warehouse.

Processing & Refund

Once received and inspected by our technicians, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
